ABOUT THE JUDGE:

Susan Bacal is the Justice Peace for precinct 8 which is the only precinct entirely within the city limits. She has been in this position since 1998. She is a native of Tucson and the Bacal family has been here since the early 1930s.




She graduated with a B.A. from Pomona College and her J.D. from the U of A College of Law. She is also a competitive triathlete.
