Once a photo enforcement citation has been filed in the court, the person cited has four options:

  • Pay the fine (Option A)
  • Claim that you were not the driver (Option B)
  • Plead not responsible and request a hearing (Option C)
  • Attend Defensive Driving School for dismissal of the charge (Option D)
To avoid an additional process service fee, one of these options should be submitted prior to the date provided to you on your citation.
