Welcome to the Pima County Consolidated Justice Court on-line application system! You now have the convenience of applying for our positions as well as other county positions on-line. You can do this anywhere you have access to the internet. You can apply for more than one job without having to fill out multiple applications. You can even set up virtual interest cards to be alerted when new opportunities are posted to the career center.

Current Employment Opportunities

All applicants are required to fill out an on-line application for open positions. Some positions may require additional information or forms specific to the position advertised. Please follow the instructions carefully outlined in the job posting.

First-time users:
If you are a first-time applicant with Justice Court or Pima County you will first need to register in the system before you can apply for any of the positions listed in the career center. To register, you will need to have an email address and provide it at the time of registration. This must be an email address you have access to and will monitor frequently. Most recruitment communications will be via the email address you provide. There are various sites that offer free email accounts such as www.gmail.com, www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com/mail.

If you have previously applied with us or for another position with Pima County you will use the account you have already created.





EXTERNAL CAREER CENTER (for members of the public): This link should be used if you are a member of the public wishing to apply for available positions.

INTERNAL CAREER CENTER (for employees with an EIN): The Internal Career Center is for use only by current Pima County employees, including all court employees, for applying for any Pima County job vacancies, including Justice Court vacancies. Members of the public must use the Pima County External Career Center (see above).You will log into ESS to gain access to the Internal Career Center. The Internal Candidate Career Center link is located on the Welcome page of Employee Self Service (ESS) in ADP.

ESS is accessible anywhere an employee has Internet access. The URL address for ESS is: https://portal.adp.com

Mission Statement
The mission of the Justice Court Training & Education department is to promote and support employee development and organizational effectiveness by providing high-quality educational training programs. Trainings are designed to meet individual, departmental, and court-wide needs and objectives. We strive to enhance individual learning and development as the means for creating a better workplace environment. We value training employees for the role they are taking, the role they are in and the role they want in the future.
