The mission of the Justice Court Training & Education department is to promote and support employee development and organizational effectiveness by providing high-quality educational training programs. Trainings are designed to meet individual, departmental, and court-wide needs and objectives. We strive to enhance individual learning and development as the means for creating a better workplace environment. We value training employees for the role they are taking, the role they are in and the role they want in the future.
