If you are scheduled for a remote (telephonic or video) hearing, you may use this page to submit exhibits for the judge to consider at
the time of your hearing. Only exhibits that are properly admitted at a hearing will become part of the Court's file.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any video or audio recordings through this webpage or email. They
must be dropped off at the courthouse. Transfer the files to a flash drive (preferably), a CD, or a DVD. All media will become
part of the Court's file.*

Prior to scanning or uploading your exhibit, please be sure the case number is written on the exhibit.

The Court must receive your exhibit submission in time for your hearing.

Your exhibit submission to the Court must also be delivered (mail, email, etc) to the opposing party(s).

We accept the following file types: .jpg, .pdf, .png, and .docx. All files must be 10MB or less.

*If you are unable to submit your exhibit online, you may mail or drop it off (Main Lobby) at 240 N. Stone Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85701. Please place your exhibits
in an envelope and include your name, contact number, case number, hearing date and hearing time.
