Camera and Audio Recording Requests
Under A.R.S. Rule 122, recording is not permitted during a court proceeding without prior authorization. Permission must be requested by submitting the
Camera or Audio Recording Request Form at least forty-eight business hours before a hearing, and seven calendar days before the first day of trial.
Requests submitted after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends or court holidays will be considered received as of 8:00 a.m. the following business day.
You must receive authorization from the court to film or record. No authorization = no recording.
