For dismissal, proof must be valid before the date and time of the violation for the charges below unless the violation is 28-2532. If your proof does not qualify for dismissal your fine may be reduced. Additional fees will be applied including a $20 time payment fee. Find your reduced fine here: Fine Calculator
For the violation of 28-2532 (No Registration), the fine will be dismissed if the date of violation was on or after July 1, 2021 and valid proof is provided to the court.
