1. Traffic Ticket Notice: You agree that you are pleading responsible to the civil traffic charges if you are paying online and do not appear before a judge or a hearing officer.
2. Partial Payment Notice: You agree that there will be a one time $20.00 proceessing fee added to the total amount owed if you do not pay the full amount and you are not on a court approved payment plan.
3. Submit Proof: If your fine is eligible for reduction you must submit proof to the court before making a payment.
4. Minimum Amount Due: The minimum monthly payment is $40.00 unless the court orders a different amount. Failure to make the minimum or court ordered amount may result in the suspension of your driver license and your account being sent to collections.
