Compliance Assistance Program
Do you have pending court cases that are affecting your driver's license?

The Compliance Assistance Program (CAP) is designed to help you to reinstate your driving privileges. CAP allows you to enter into a payment plan for all your pending cases without having to see a judge. If you make a required down payment and agree to make affordable monthly payments, the Court will waive a portion of the imposed collections fees and notify the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department (MVD) to lift the default on your case(s). You may then contact MVD to find out what you must do to reinstate your driving privileges.
